In the period from 06.10.2021 to 08.10.2021, the annual FAPS leadership training took place once again in the shadow of the Benedictine monastery in Schwarzach am Main. During this event, Prof. Franke and the research area directors focus on questions around the topics of employee leadership, organizational structure and chair strategy. For this purpose, we use three full days, the first two of which are traditionally accompanied intensively by the experienced management consultant and management trainer Klaus Kissel and deal with topics of personnel management. We used the third day again this year exclusively internally and further developed our vision, mission and the chair strategy under the moderation of Fabian Hartner. This time, the focus was on the implementation of the chair-wide strategy in the partial strategies of the individual research areas.
