In a training initiative, our technology field coordinators and new research area managers took part in a 3-day management training course conducted by Mr. Klaus Kissel from the Institute for Sales and Management (ifsm). The training took place as part of our extensive training program.

The first day of the training provided an introduction to the basic principles of hierarchy-free leadership for those participants who were unable to attend last year. On the following days, the acquired knowledge was deepened and further developed together with the entire team. The training included both theoretical knowledge transfer and practical application based on the participants’ own case studies.

A highlight of the three-day event was the fireside evening with Prof. Dr.-Ing. Jörg Franke, our chair holder. Here, the participants had the opportunity to exchange ideas with him in an informal atmosphere and to gain further valuable insights.
