Benjamin Gutwald joined the research sector Automated Productionsystems as a research assistant on October 1^st 2020. Mr. Gutwald is a trained electronics technician and studied industrial engineering and electrical engineering as bachelor degrees. He then completed master’s degree in electrical engineering, electronics and information technology at FAU.
In his thesis in the FAPS Research Master’s program, Mr. Gutwald developed a measurement concept for validating the virtual commissioning of a DC based production cell. As part of his research, Mr. Gutwald will focus on the digital mapping, planning and control of industrial direct current networks.
