Together with the VDMA Industrial Drone Solutions (IDS) working group, the FAPS institute is investigating for the second time how ready industrial user industries are for commercial drone applications.
The aim of the survey is once again to determine the current relevance of drone solutions in various user industries. The survey also asks about expectations of drone technologies and the reasons that prevent the use of drones.
The survey is primarily aimed at companies from the mechanical engineering, transportation, traffic and logistics, construction and architecture, and energy sectors, as well as companies from the agricultural sector. Other sectors are also invited to participate in the survey, which will run until 30 June 2022.
